About Our Hospital

Kindred Hospital Atlanta is a Joint Commission accredited, Medicare-certified acute care, long-term hospital of 72 licensed beds.  The hospital was founded in 1990 to meet the needs of the chronically, critically ill patients who need extended hospitalization to reach their maximum level of function. The Metro Atlanta area is home to a wide array of healthcare facilities and several skilled nursing centers, allowing Kindred Hospital Atlanta to provide a continuum of care for discharged patients.
